50044 Exeter awaits its next turn at Rawtenstall (July 2011)
2011 East Lancashire Railway
50015 Valiant, 50035 Ark Royal and 50044 Exeter attended the July 2011 diesel gala at the East Lancashire Railway. This was the first outing for 50044 since it was repainted back into its original British Rail corporate blue livery.
The locomotives all worked various turns between Heywood and Rawtenstall with the highlight being all three Class 50s triple-heading at the end of the day.
